Where We Ship We currently ship to all provinces across South Africa, including major cities and surrounding areas.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can assist you promptly.
