Return and Refund Policy

At Mzansi Bags, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: items that have been used or damaged after delivery, items returned after the 7-day window, and sale or clearance items (unless faulty).

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please email us at support@mzansibags.co.za or reach out via our Contact page on the website with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
